Everything is changing or has already changed. The new era so many prophetic voices have been announcing is here.

The last 18 months have been disturbing, unsettling and disruptive. Transition is hard for even the most mature. Wisdom and prophetic insight are needed now more than ever. I asked one of the most trusted prophetic leaders and voices of our time, Bob Hazlett, to be a guest on Move Forward with Dr. Kim Maas on Charisma Podcast Network for this very reason.

In our powerful discussion, Bob talks about the state of the church and prophetic movement. God is bringing discipline and correction. What does that mean? Bob says there is a big difference between discipline and a spanking! He also shares what he is prophetically seeing and hearing about the season we have entered.

If you are wondering where things are going and what the future holds, you are not alone. In 2019 before the pandemic began, Bob received 20 things God would do in 2020. Many of them have begun to be fulfilled. Find out what has come to pass and what is still to come.

In this episode I also ask Bob to advise my listeners, especially those who are emerging prophetic voices. What he says is incredibly practical and the kind of prophetic wisdom that will help you grow, thrive and navigate this intense time. As you listen to this episode with Bob Hazlett on Move Forward with Dr. Kim Maas, you will receive revelation and understanding for this time, be equipped to grow in the prophetic and have your hope renewed for the season ahead. If you need encouragement and desire to be equipped with prophetic insight and understanding in your own circumstances, you will want to join me and Bob Hazlett for this powerful conversation!

If you haven’t yet heard my podcasts with Joshua Silverberg, there is only one word to describe our conversation: wow! God absolutely showed up! If you need an encounter with the Lord today, be sure to listen to all three of the episodes.

Did you know Dr. Kim Maas has a new book, The Way of the Kingdom, available for preorder now wherever books are sold.

Step Off the Hamster Wheel and Into Your Healing — Charisma Magazine

What’s on your to-do list? A few tasks? Three pages of stuff you wonder if it could take three lifetimes to finish?

We can blame it all on Adam and Eve. After all, they had it pretty perfect for a while. No sin, no sickness, no hostility and no hurt. God provided everything. Then sin entered. Man didn’t fight the changes; he embraced them.

What a shock it must have been to be outside the garden and wonder, “What do we do now?” They hadn’t had to take care of anything themselves before. And so the to-do list was born!

We wear ourselves out by rushing around, taking care of so-called urgent tasks, then get sick and blame God or hope for a miracle. Why? The answer has to do with more and more people “believing” in their sickness rather than “believing” in their healing.

If you believe in something, you’ll create that reality—whether it be healing or sickness.

Find out how to experience everyday healing in this episode of Hope & Health with Drs. Mark and Michele Sherwood, featuring Jim Hockaday.

In this episode you will discover:

— Headlines: “If it bleeds, it leads.”

— Redneck algebra.

— Answered prayer as a marker of a church.

— Coming into the closet.

— Constantine: “You dirty rat!”

The disciples turned the world upside down by what they said and did. And then what happened? Religion was brought into the mix as a means of adding confusion and distraction.

How do we fix this? Take time to get quiet, to look inwardly. Find God because he is everywhere. He will become more real to you, more real to your heart. He’s speaking to you, and you will hear him.

Let him show you things in your daily routines. Life will be fun and animated. You will get your prayers answered. Remember, the reason we have lights in our homes is because the wires are connected. Torch1

Grief May Last for a Moment, But God’s Faithful Grasp Endures Forever — Charisma Magazine

Psalm 119:89-91 says, “Forever, O Lord, Your word is established in heaven. Your faithfulness is for all generations; You have established the earth, and it is firm. They continue this day according to Your ordinance, for all are Your servants.”

This month, we recognize and celebrate women in ministry and both their victories and struggles during this crazy pandemic.

In this episode of One Voice with Janet Swanson on the Charisma Podcast Network, we look at the women of the lineage of Jesus and their struggles. “It’s quite scandalous,” my dear friend Kathy Burnsed says.

She also opens up to us in this episode about her own struggles during the pandemic, a time when she lost both of her parents. Kathy is funny, inspirational and down to earth, and she is a speaker and the author of a book titled Beating the Clock, Managing Time God’s Way.

So many ministers have quit and thrown in the towel during the pandemic. We have seen scandalous and heart wrenching stuff come to light about ministers, from Ravi Zacharias and the sexual and spiritual abuse to pastors who have committed suicide. This pandemic has not been easy. Just two years ago, Kathy hosted a conference called “Discovery,” and was a lot discovered recently in the face of trials!

Kathy is a motivational speaker and has worked in the church and on television for years. So, she was accustomed to crazy things happening all around her. But 2020 and leading into 2021 was the year God would take her by the hand and lead her through the deepest and darkest times of her life as she grieved the loss of both of her parents. She felt worthless and like God could never use her again. Until she began to read about some of the women in the Bible that God used!

Kathy suffered with depression, and it seemed like she couldn’t crawl her way out of this one … but God intervened. What inspires me the most is that Kathy used her voice to reach out and get help. This seems so taboo sometimes in the church … but not anymore. She had grief counseling that helped put things into perspective for her again. I believe another book will be birthed out of this experience.

God always takes what the enemy means for harm and turns it around for our good. He’s such a good, faithful God! He’s always on time and never misses a beat! As Kathy and I were talking, you could feel the sweetness of the Holy Spirit enter the room. I’ve never sang on a podcast before, but I felt God speak to me to sing, “Great Is Thy Faithfulness!”

His mercies are new every morning, and He’s a faithful God. With tears streaming down both of our faces, the Holy Spirit swept over us as we talked about the pain and trials of life and God’s faithfulness! Walking with God is so beautiful. The more I walk with Him, the more I desire and love Him!

What inspires me the most about Kathy is her ability to make me laugh, even when her heart is broken. She carries that kind of anointing. When you listen to her or read her book, you will get to know the real Kathy because she’s the same on the stage as she is in a pandemic crisis. She’s real, down to earth, funny, inspiring and encouraging!

This Veteran’s Countercultural Response to Fallen Flag Goes Viral — Charisma Magazine

[ad_1]

When it’s become popular to publicly protest the American flag, this valorous veteran displayed an honorable act without audience.

“The true test of a man’s character,” said John Wooden, “is what he does when no one is watching.” In this case, though, a Ring video doorbell captured the Amazon delivery driver’s venerable deed.

Former president’s senior legal adviser Jenna Ellis retweeted the viral video shared by actress Gina Carano.

This man continues to stand for the values he served to protect: Do you?
